Fort Dumpsters runs out of a yard at Unit 835 NW 7th Terrace, just northwest of downtown Fort Lauderdale between I-95 and Andrews Avenue. The reason we exist is simple: renting a dumpster around here too often meant an out-of-state call center, a "starting from" price and a delivery window nobody could actually promise. So we do the opposite. One number that covers the job. A delivery window we hit. A local person on the phone rather than a form on a website.
Broward is a county of very different jobs. Canal-front homes in Las Olas Isles and Coral Ridge get gutted and rebuilt; 1950s and 60s ranch houses in Oakland Park, Wilton Manors and Plantation get kitchens, roofs and floors; downtown and Flagler Village keep going up; and every June to November, hurricane season decides what everyone is clearing. Knowing which of those a call is before the truck leaves the yard is most of the job.
Whatever you are clearing — a garage or a whole house, a job site, a yard full of storm debris or a rental you want emptied by a crew — the container exists for it. Call (954) 287-2445 and describe it in a sentence.
Services
Seven service lines out of one Fort Lauderdale yard. Same containers, same flat pricing — what changes is how the load gets sized and what has to stay out of it.

How it works
Most bookings take under five minutes.
One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the container needs to sit, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No forms, no waiting on an email.
You get one number covering delivery, the 7-day rental, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.
The driver walks the spot with you and sets the container square on the driveway, lot or job site, boards under the rails. Same-day in Fort Lauderdale if you called before noon.
Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.
Concrete, metal and green waste get routed for recovery where Broward's facilities allow; the rest goes to the right disposal site. You get your driveway back the way you left it.
Local knowledge
There is a difference between covering an area and knowing it. We know which Fort Lauderdale streets run tight with infill construction, which Plantation and Coral Springs subdivisions have HOA placement rules, which cities make you take out a permit even for a driveway container, and what I-95 is doing at four in the afternoon.
Our service area page lists every Broward city we cover, grouped by how far it is from the yard, and each city has its own page covering access, housing stock and what that city's own code says about where a container can sit.

Why us
The phone rings in Fort Lauderdale. Whoever picks up knows the difference between a Victoria Park driveway and a Davie acre lot, and what the Turnpike is doing that afternoon.
Delivery, the 7-day rental, pickup, fuel, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance in a single number. If your load looks like it will go over, we say so before the truck leaves the yard.
Call before noon and most Fort Lauderdale-area orders go out the same afternoon. Deerfield Beach, Coral Springs and Davie are usually next morning — honestly, and in advance.
Boards go under the rails on every driveway as standard, and the driver will tell you before delivery if a tight lot or a canal-side street needs a different approach.
Weight fills a container long before volume does. If a 10 yard loaded level is the honest answer for your broken-up patio, that is what we will quote you.
Every June to November Broward clears fences, fronds, roofs and screen enclosures all at once. We size for it, we queue honestly, and we collect empty containers before a storm hits.

Credentials
Plain, checkable facts about who you would be working with — no invented star ratings or reviews.
Licensed and insured, with a certificate of insurance for your property manager, general contractor or builder on request.
The yard is at Unit 835 NW 7th Terrace, Fort Lauderdale 33311. The number on this page reaches it, not an answering service in another state.
Deerfield Beach to Dania Beach, the beach to Davie and Coral Springs. We tell you honestly which runs are same-day and which are next-day before you book.
Clean concrete, scrap metal and green waste get routed for recovery where Broward's facilities allow — good practice, not a legal requirement here.
Guides
Sizing math, permits city by city, what the County will and will not take, and what a dumpster really costs here — the things that cost money when you get them wrong.
Sizing
Quick answer: a 20 yard fits most Fort Lauderdale renovations. Here is how to pick between 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 by counting pickup loads and watching the weight.

On your own driveway in Fort Lauderdale, no. In the street, yes — and every Broward city has its own rule. What each city's own code says, with the department to call.

We run roll-off containers out of our Fort Lauderdale yard to every city below. Fort Lauderdale and its neighbors are usually same-day; the north and west of the county are next-day. If your town is not listed, call anyway — we likely still get there.
Answers
Typically $250 to $650 flat rate depending on size — a 10 yard at the low end, a 30 at the high end, the 40 quoted per job. That covers delivery, pickup, a 7-day rental and the included tonnage. Heavy material like concrete or tile, extra days and a city street permit are the things that add to it. Call (954) 287-2445 for a firm quote for your address.
In Fort Lauderdale, a call before noon is usually an afternoon delivery. The far corners of Broward — Deerfield Beach, Coral Springs, Davie — are next morning. We tell you which when you call.
On your own driveway or private property, no. In a street, swale or other public right-of-way, the City requires a permit from the City Engineer through the Engineering Permitting Division (954-828-6520), and anything occupying the right-of-way beyond 72 hours needs a Revocable License Agreement. Other Broward cities have their own rules — Lauderhill, for one, requires a permit even on a driveway. We flag it when you book.
Paint, solvents, fuel and oil, propane tanks, pool and lawn chemicals, batteries, tires, electronics and asbestos. Broward County's household hazardous waste drop-off centers and the cities' own collection events take most of it. Fridges and air conditioners need refrigerant removal first.
A loaded roll-off is heavy, and boards go under the rails as standard on every paved drive. The driver will tell you before delivery if a surface needs something more.
Volume and weight are two separate limits and the material decides which runs out first. A kitchen is a 15, a whole-house cleanout a 20, a renovation to the studs a 30, and broken-up concrete a 10 loaded level. The size guide covers it; the phone call confirms it.
Yes — fifteen cities from Deerfield Beach and Lighthouse Point down to Dania Beach, and west to Coral Springs, Sunrise and Davie. Several cities regulate who may haul construction debris inside their limits; each city page says what that city's code says.
Right after a storm is our busiest week of the year, and the weeks before hurricane season are the quietest. For a planned renovation, a few days' notice gets you the size you want on the day you want it.
